Pike House is one of the most photographed country homes in the area and a superb example of vernacular Cotswold architecture. Formerly called Tilt-Up-End Cottage, this Grade II, listed property situated in a southern corner of Chipping Campden has been gradually changing over the past century, both inside and out. Whilst still a quintessentially 'chocolate box' cottage with a myriad of original features - this property has now been elevated to such a high 'level of luxury' that it can only be described as ...fit for a king!

"Jennifer and myself first met mark about 15 years ago when we were visiting Chipping Campden. We were both enjoying a coffee and reading a magazine which had a feature of a most stunning high street house for sale. We had spoken about a home in the Cotswold's but had never done anything about it. We were so taken by what were saw and decided to make enquiries, upon viewing the house we could not help but completely fall in love with the quality finish and the exquisite choice of interior. We really did fall in love with the house, but as an avid collector of cars and the house being on the high street, did not have any off road parking this was by far the only reason that we very reluctantly had to walk away from a truly beautiful home.
We did however form a friendship with Mark and told him that we were sure that one day we would own one of his stunning homes. After a number of years of developing much larger homes Mark contacted us and informed us that he was nearing the completion of a property called 'Pike House' that may be of interest to us, we asked where about's it was in Chipping Campden it was when he told us we could not believe it and immediately made arrangements to view. We knew the house but had no idea just how absolutely stunning the renovation and interiors were. It was as if Mark had executed the home with us in mind we could not fault anything it was a dream.
We bought Pike House about 4 years ago and we feel most fortunate to be the next custodians of this truly remarkable property and cannot thank Mark enough for giving us the opportunity of owning such a truly beautiful home. We cannot recommend Mark highly enough his understanding of his clients wishes is truly remarkable".
